Last spring I took a cake decorating class, just because. Vishal and co-workers we so happy, coz cake decorating class = lots of cake every week.
For the final class I decorated a spring inspired cake. Being heavily focused on decorating the cake, I didn't do a great job of capturing all the steps, but here are a few. The hardest thing for me was to resist the temptation of licking the frosting off of my fingers.
